Unused service credits may be refunded, subject to a 10% processing fee.
If the original purchase was made under a discount or promotional plan, the refund shall be calculated based on the actual number of credits used and the applicable discounted unit price at the time of purchase.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If duplicate charges or incorrect amounts are verified, the excess amount shall be fully refunded.
Refunds shall not be granted in the following situations:
1. When a consultation form has been submitted, the Service is deemed to have commenced.
2. When the consultation result (including text, audio, or any other form of delivery) has been provided, the Service is deemed completed.
3. Requests for refunds based on personal subjective dissatisfaction, beliefs, or disagreement with the delivered content shall not be accepted.
1. Unused Service Credits: Refund applications may be submitted at any time through the Member Center page.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments: Refund applications must be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction, accompanied by relevant transaction details for verification.
3. Upon verification and approval by the Service, refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days and returned to Your original payment method or a designated account.
